医教产研协同的博士后培养体系重构与实践——以天津市某三甲公立医院为例

Reconstruction and practice of postdoctoral training system based on medicine-education-industry-research collaboration: case study of a grade-A tertiary public hospital in Tianjin

摘要: 以天津市某三甲公立医院为例,探讨该院通过“双高平台托举、医工结合孵育转化、临床—基础双轨培养”构建的博士后培养新模式。结果显示,该模式以高质量导师团队为支撑,依托高水平科研平台与医工交叉融合创新机制,显著提升了博士后的科研创新能力与成果转化效率,形成了“人才成长—学科建设—医院发展”的良性循环,为公立医院构建创新型人才梯队、实现高质量发展提供了可资借鉴的参考。

Abstract: Taking a grade-A tertiary public hospital in Tianjin as an example,this paper explores the new postdoctoral training model established by public hospitals through “support from dual high-level platforms,incubation and transformation via medicine-engineering integration,and dual-track training for clinical practice and basic research”. The results show that,supported by a high-quality supervisor team and relying on high-level scientific research platforms as well as the innovation mechanism of medicine-engineering interdisciplinary integration,this model can significantly enhance postdoctoral researchers’ scientific research innovation capabilities and achievement transformation efficiency,forming a positive cycle of “talent development-discipline construction-hospital development”,providing a valuable reference for public hospitals to build an innovative talent echelon and achieve high-quality development.
