海上油田天然气压缩机节能提效优化及应用研究

摘要: 渤海某油田天然气产气量逐步增多,导致天然气压缩机原始的“一用一备”运行模式与天然气外输需求严重偏离,而改用两台天然气压缩机同时在线的运行模式存在机组运行效率低下、能耗较高的问题。为突破传统气缸余隙调节技术的瓶颈,采用可控式进气阀组卸荷器技术和一键智能安全无间断柔性矩阵切换技术,以最优的经济成本有效解决了上述问题,为同类天然气压缩机运维模式的优化升级提供了借鉴。

Abstract: During the development process of a certain oilfield in Bohai,the gas production has gradually increased,and the original design operation mode,“one in operation,one on standby”,of natural gas compressor unit,has become severely misaligned with the current gas export demand. The new operation mode where two natural gas compressors are online simultaneously has problems of low operating efficiency and high energy consumption. To break through the bottlenecks of traditional cylinder clearance control technology,the controllable suction valve unloader technology and one-command intelligent,safe,and uninterrupted flexible matrix switching technology are adopted. These technologies effectively solve the above-mentioned problems with the optimal economic cost and provide a reference for optimizing and upgrading operation and maintenance regimens of similar natural gas compressors.
