海底管道清洗技术及其应用方法

摘要: 海上油气井产出的油气水需经海底管道输送至陆地处理厂、海上浮式生产储油卸油装置或中央处理平台处理,受原油性质及黏度等众多因素影响,在输送一段时间后,海底管道的管壁上将会结蜡或形成污垢。为此对在线、废弃封存、变径海底管道清洗技术的原理及特点进行阐述,对不同介质线海底管道的清洗作业方法进行介绍和说明,并对比其优缺点。

Abstract: The oil,gas and water produced by offshore oil and gas wells need to be transported through submarine pipelines to onshore processing plants,offshore floating production storage and offloading units,or central processing platforms for treatment. Due to various factors such as crude oil properties and viscosity,wax or dirt will form on the pipe walls of submarine pipelines after a period of transportation. This paper elaborates on the principles and characteristics of online,abandoned and storage,and variable diameter submarine pipeline cleaning technologies,introduces and explains the cleaning methods for submarine pipelines with different media,and compares their advantages and disadvantages.
