海上油气生产设施闭排泵供电系统升级改造设计与实施

摘要: 海上油气生产设施的闭排系统是重要的油水分离设备,主要用于处理来自上游各分离器的油水混合物。通过分析设施的电力系统结构,针对闭排泵控制要求,重新设计控制电路;选取备用抽屉,重新进行布线与元器件安装;重新编写通信程序,实现了闭排泵控制信号的可靠传输和执行。对改造后的闭排泵进行测试,最终完成了全部改造工作。通过闭排泵通信程序和继电控制电路的自主设计与安装,解决了闭排泵供电系统存在的问题。

Abstract: The closed drainage system of offshore oil and gas production facilities is an important oil-water separation equipment,which is mainly used to treat oil-water mixed liquids from upstream separators. The power system structure of the facility is analyzed,the control circuit is redesigned for the control requirements of the closed drainage pump,and the spare drawer is selected for wiring and component installation. The communication program is redesigned to realize the reliable transmission and execution of the control signal of the closed drainage pump. The closed discharge pump was tested after the transformation,and the whole transformation work was completed. By independently designing and installing the communication program and relay control circuit of the closed discharge pump,the problems in the power supply system of the closed discharge pump were solved.
