摘要: 为了对导致亚甲基蓝分光光度法测定水中硫化物结果偏低的原因进行研究,分别对实验用水、实验试剂、实验速度及显色时间进行分析比对。结果表明,在实验分析所确定的最佳实验条件基础上,校准曲线具有良好的线性,相关系数>0.999,质控样的测量结果均在保证值范围内,相对标准偏差(RSD)=1.0%(n= 6)。

Abstract: This paper studies the causes for the low determination results of sulfide in water by methylene blue spectrophotometry. The experimental water,the experimental reagent,the experimental speed and the color developing time are analyzed and compared respectively. The results show that under the optimal experimental conditions determined by the experimental analysis,the calibration curve is linear,the correlation coefficient is 0.999,and the quality control samples are all within the guaranteed range. The relative standard deviation (RSD) is 1.0% (n = 6).
