摘要: 随着人工智能、大数据、虚拟现实技术进入高速发展阶段,数字化转型成为职业教育改革的主要动力。医学专科教育实训教学是医学专科教育中基层医疗人才培养的重要环节,面对操作风险高、设备投入大、伦理规范严格的现状,传统的“教师示范—学生模仿”教学模式已经无法满足数字医疗时代复合型专业人才的培养要求。探讨应用智能化技术,重构实训教学环节,更新教学模式,优化生态模式与创新,构建职业医学教育的新型专业人才培养体系。

Abstract: With artificial intelligence,big data,and virtual reality technologies entering a stage of rapid development,digital transformation has become a key driver of vocational education reform. Practical training teaching in medical specialty education is a crucial link in cultivating primary-level medical talents within medical specialty education. Faced with the current situation of high operational risks,large equipment investment,and strict ethical standards,the traditional teaching model of “teacher demonstration-student imitation” can no longer meet the training requirements for interdisciplinary professionals in the era of digital healthcare. This paper explores the application of intelligent technologies to reconstruct practical training teaching links,update teaching models,optimize and innovate ecological models,and build a new professional talent training system for vocational medical education.
