摘要: 为提升科技期刊审稿质量,提出一种新的基于层次分析法(AHP)和ID3决策树算法的稿件质量评价模型。科技期刊稿件质量评价是一项比较复杂的系统工程,难以完全采用定量方法进行评价。为此提出一种基于数据挖掘技术的综合评价方法,采用AHP建立层次分析模型,完成各项指标的权重值设定;采用数据挖掘中的ID3决策树算法,完成综合评价分析。

Abstract: A new manuscript quality evaluation model based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and ID3 decision tree algorithm is proposed for improving the review quality of scientific and technical journals. The evaluation of manuscript quality of scientific and technical journals is a relatively complex systematic project,which is difficult to be analyzed completely by quantitative methods. Therefore,a comprehensive evaluation method based on data mining technology is proposed. A hierarchical analysis model is established through AHP,and the setting of weight values of each index is completed. The ID3 decision tree algorithm in data mining is used to complete the analysis of comprehensive evaluation.
