推进高层次科技人才自主培养工作的对策建议

摘要: 我国目前处于高质量发展的关键时期,对高层次科技人才的需求非常迫切,立足天津高层次科技人才培养工作的实际,深入分析人才自主培养中存在的重视程度不够、平台不足、模式单一、评价不科学、保证能力不足等问题,提出加强载体支撑、创新培养模式、强化目标导向、夯实工作基础等具体措施。

关键词: 高层次科技人才, 自主培养, 培养平台, 培养评价, 支撑保障

Abstract: China is in a critical period of high-quality development,and the demand for high-level scientific and technological talents is very urgent. Based on the actual work of cultivating high-level scientific and technological talents in Tianjin,the paper deeply analyzes the problems of insufficient attention,insufficient platforms,single models,unscientific evaluation,and insufficient guarantee capabilities in the independent training of talents. Specific measures such as strengthening carrier support,innovating training models,strengthening goal orientation,and consolidating work foundations are proposed.
