“双减”背景下加强中小学科学教育工作的实践路径探索——以天津市滨海新区为例

摘要: 中小学科学教育是当前教育领域关注的重点之一。以天津市滨海新区为例,对中小学落实“双减”政策、引入科学教育中存在的科学师资力量薄弱、课程内容同质化突出、校企合作信息不对称等问题进行深入分析,阐述了中小学科学教育的重要意义,并提出推进学校与科普基地结对共建、联合开发特色科学课程、打造特色科普品牌、构建校企合作平台等对策建议,以促进我市中小学科学教育工作实现高质量发展。

Abstract: Science education in primary and secondary schools is one of the key focuses in the current education development. Taking Binhai New Area of Tianjin as an example,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis on issues such as weak science teaching staff,prominent homogenization of curriculum content,and information asymmetry in school-enterprise cooperation after the implementation of the “Double Reduction” policy in primary and secondary schools. The significant meaning of science education in primary and secondary schools is expounded. Countermeasures and suggestions such as promoting paired co-construction between schools and science popularization bases,jointly developing characteristic science courses,building distinctive science popularization brands,and constructing school-enterprise cooperation platforms are put forward,so as to promote the high-quality development of science education in primary and secondary schools in this city.
