摘要: 有人井口平台操作工日常需要完成油井倒井计量、配合生产流程调整等工作,偶尔外出巡检时会出现中控室无人值守的情况,导致一些关键设备的报警易被忽视。通过修改有人井口平台的控制系统,利用站间通信传输,将井口平台三级以上关停信号、火气探头信号、泵状态信号等整合到中心平台操作站,以实现中心平台辅助监测井口平台关键参数,从而确保中心平台中控人员能够兼顾井口平台关键流程、设备的相关信号,发现问题及时解决,提升了设备运行的稳定性和可靠性。

Abstract: Operators on manned wellhead platforms are required to complete daily tasks such as well switching and metering for oil wells,as well as assisting in production process adjustments. Occasional on-site patrols will result in unattended conditions in the central control room,making it easy for alarms of some key equipment to be overlooked. By modifying the control system of the manned wellhead platform and leveraging inter-station communication transmission,signals such as level 3 and above shutdown signals,fire and gas probe signals,and pump status signals from the wellhead platform are integrated into the operator station of the central platform. This enables the central platform to conduct auxiliary monitoring of key parameters of the wellhead platform,ensuring that the central control room operators can simultaneously monitor the relevant signals of key processes and equipment of the wellhead platform,address problems promptly upon detection,and thus improve the operational stability and reliability of the equipment.
