摘要: 针对海洋石油平台吊机安全防护升级需求,以某平台10 t吊机为研究对象,系统阐述基于多参数监控与数据存储的完整解决方案。项目通过传感器网络扩展、控制系统升级及施工工艺创新,构建了低成本、易推广的吊机运行数据监控体系,实现了吊机运行状态的实时监测与历史追溯。结合施工过程中的技术细节与经验总结,为同类海洋装备智能化改造提供实践参考。

关键词: 参数监控, 数据预处理, 网络扩展技术, 信号处理算法

Abstract: Addressing the demand for safety protection upgrading of offshore oil platform cranes,taking a 10-ton crane on a certain platform as the research object,this paper systematically elaborates a comprehensive solution based on multi-parameter monitoring and data storage. Through the expansion of the sensor network,upgrading of the control system,and innovation in construction technologies,the project has established a low-cost and easily promotable monitoring system for crane operation data,realizing real-time monitoring and historical traceability of the crane’s operating status. Combined with the technical details and lessons learned during the implementation process,this project provides practice references for the intelligent transformation of similar marine equipment.
