摘要: 以陵水17-2气田“深海一号”能源站新增二级干气压缩机设备工艺流程为研究对象,综合考量平台启动、正常外输和油田内部收发球作业工况下的系统压力分布,对外输流程的主要设备与管道压力、动量、流速进行校核,旨在确保外输计量橇和主要管道压力、动量和流速均满足新增压缩机的设计要求,提出了一套适用于国内海上油气平台干气压缩机外输流程的设计方法。

关键词: 干气, 二级压缩机, 工艺流程, 压力校核

Abstract: Focusing on the process flow of the newly added two-stage dry gas compressor at “Deep Sea No.1” energy station in Lingshui 17-2 gas field,this paper comprehensively examines the system pressure distribution under the working conditions of platform startup,normal export operation,and pigging operations inside the oilfield. The pressure,momentum,and flow velocity of the main equipment and pipelines in the export process are verified,aiming to ensure that the pressure,momentum,and flow velocity of the export metering skid and main pipelines all meet the design requirements of the newly added compressor,and ultimately formulating a set of design methods applicable to the export process of dry gas compressors for domestic offshore platforms.
