海上浮式生产储卸油装置压载舱腐蚀机理与防腐失效原因研究

摘要: 海上浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)是海洋石油开发的关键设施,其压载舱在长期的干湿交替环境下腐蚀严重,给海上石油生产带来了较大隐患。通过对压载舱腐蚀情况进行现场调研、取样分析等,探讨压载舱的舱壁腐蚀机理及现场在役阳极的工作状态。结果表明,现场在役阳极处于钝化状态,已经失效。环境温度、金属应力及干湿交替等因素会加速涂层开裂,进而导致舱壁出现深度腐蚀。

Abstract: The Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) unit is a key facility for offshore oil development. Its ballast tanks suffer severe corrosion in the long-term wet-dry alternating environment,posing significant hidden dangers to offshore oil production. Through on-site investigation and sampling analysis of the corrosion conditions of ballast tanks,this paper explores the corrosion mechanism of tank walls and the working status of in-service anodes on site. The results show that the in-service anodes on site are in a passivated state and have failed. Factors such as ambient temperature,metal stress,and wet-dry alternating conditions will accelerate the formation of coating cracks,which in turn leads to deep corrosion of the tank walls.
