摘要: 探讨现有海上火炬气回收改造项目的优化方案。基于海上火炬气回收项目经验,围绕核心设备、仪表配置、中控集成与施工安全等关键方面,分析两个项目的现场设备及系统配置中存在的问题并进行优化,以降低海上火炬气回收项目投资,提高回收系统的安全性。

关键词: 火炬气回收装置, 压缩机, 水封罐, 安全阀组, 可编程逻辑控制器, 生产过程控制系统, 紧急关断系统

Abstract: This paper explores the optimization schemes for existing revamping projects of offshore torch gas recovery. Based on the experience of offshore torch gas recovery projects,the on-site equipment and system configurations of two projects are analyzed and optimized by focusing on key aspects including core equipment,instrument configuration,central control integration,and construction safety,so as to reduce the investment in offshore torch gas recovery projects and improve the safety of the recovery system.
