智能复合连续生产管柱系统的研发及在渤海油田应用

摘要: 针对海上油田开发中油井结蜡、油水井结垢和腐蚀等问题,基于高效完井生产需求,通过优化陆地油田常用智能复合材料连续管(ICCP),提高其管径和抗拉力,并结合快速接头技术,形成适用于海上油田的智能复合连续生产管柱系统。在渤海某油田X1井海试过程中,生产管柱顺利下井,运行正常。研究表明,ICCP在防腐、防垢、防蜡性能方面均优于常规金属油管,可大幅提升完井、修井效率,显著提高经济效益。

Abstract: To address issues such as wax deposition in oil wells and corrosion scale formation in oil and water wells during the development of offshore oil and gas fields,and in line with the demand for efficient well completion and production,an intelligent composite coiled pipe system suitable for offshore oil fields was developed by optimizing the commonly used composite coiled pipe in onshore oilfields,increasing the pipe diameter and tensile strength,and integrating quick connection technology. During the sea trial in well X1 of a certain oilfield in the Bohai Sea,the production pipe string was successfully run in hole and all functions performed normally. Research shows that the intelligent composite coiled pipe has superior anti-corrosion,anti-scaling,and anti-waxing performance compared to conventional metal pipe,significantly enhancing the efficiency of well completion and workover operations and improving economic benefits.
