摘要: 针对油墨工业废水有机物难降解问题,为找到更高效的预处理工艺及条件,根据废水的构成特性,通过条件筛选试验,研究紫外(UV)/过硫酸盐氧化法(PS-AOPs)的实际降解特性。考察过硫酸钾投加量、反应温度及时间等关键参数对反应结果的影响,利用单因素和正交试验,筛选最优工艺条件。

Abstract: To address the recalcitrant organic compounds in ink industrial wastewater and identify efficient pretreatment processes and conditions,this study investigates the degradation characteristics of UV/persulfate oxidation technology through parameter screening tests based on wastewater composition. The effects of critical operational parameters—including potassium persulfate (K2S2O8) dosage,reaction temperature,and duration—on treatment outcomes are systematically examined. Optimal process conditions are subsequently determined via single-factor and orthogonal combination experiments.
