摘要: 围绕冲压工艺特点及难点,探讨数字化赋能的思路和方法,基于低代码平台,尝试搭建冲压工艺数据管理与可视化分析平台Ver1.0,用于收集、存储、关联、分析车型和冲压产品项目全生命周期中的重要数据要素,以及挖掘数据的潜在价值,为今后车型和冲压产品项目的冲压工艺投资企划、工程改造、技术应用推广及降本增效提供数据支撑,同时为整车制造企业的冲压工艺管理业务的数字化建设提供参考。

Abstract: Focusing on the characteristics and difficulties of the stamping process,this paper explores ideas and methods for digital empowerment. Based on a low-code platform,an attempt is made to build Ver1.0 of the stamping process data management and visual analysis platform. This platform is used to collect,store,correlate,and analyze key data elements throughout the entire lifecycle of vehicle models and stamping product projects,as well as explore the potential value of data,providing data support for future stamping process investment planning,engineering transformation,technical application promotion,and cost reduction & efficiency improvement of vehicle models and stamping product projects. Meanwhile,it provides references for the digital construction of stamping process management business in vehicle manufacturing enterprises.
