专利视角下天津市智慧医院科技竞争力现状剖析及对策建议

摘要： 为了更有效地提升智慧医院的科技竞争力,以天津市5所三甲医院的专利申请状况为研究样本,以公开检索的数据为载体,对申请量趋势、专利质量情况、技术分布情况等方面进行分析,从专利视角总结天津市智慧医院建设的现状和存在的问题,从技术创新、政策扶持和知识产权协同运营角度提出对策,以期全面提升智慧医院建设水平。

关键词: 智慧医院, 发明专利, 对策建议

Abstract: In order to enhance the science and technology competitiveness of smart hospitals more effectively,taking the patent application status of five tertiary hospitals in Tianjin as research samples and publicly searched data as carriers,this paper analyses the trend of application volume,patent quality,technology distribution,and other aspects,summarizes the current status of the construction of smart hospitals in Tianjin and the problems from the perspective of patents,and puts forward countermeasures from the perspectives of technological innovation,policy support and collaborative operation of intellectual property rights,so as to provide assistance for comprehensively enhancing the construction level of smart hospitals.
