摘要: 针对海上浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)各舱室风压不平衡和高温问题,采用信息集成技术,实时采集FPSO各舱室的通风风量、风速、风阻和温度参数,并接入现有的热探、火探、气探等传感器信号,建立舱室和通风网络模型,从而直观查看通风网络和舱室各参数的变化。利用智能决策软件对舱室风闸和风机进行调控,一旦发生险情即发出风险预警,辅助指挥人员进行逃生救援。

Abstract: To address the problem of imbalanced wind pressure and high temperature in various compartments of FPSO,information integration technology is used to collect real-time ventilation air volume,wind speed,wind resistance,and temperature parameters of each compartment of FPSO. The signals of existing thermal,fire and gas sensors are connected to establish the compartment and ventilation network models,so as to visually view the variation of the ventilation network and compartment parameters. The intelligent decision-making software is used to regulate the compartment air dampers and fans. In case of danger,risk warning prompts are issued to assist command personnel in escape and rescue.
