摘要: 针对南海某油田伴生气较少、流量无法满足压缩机调试启机需求的问题,通过研究压缩机结构和原理,找出解决低气量调试的关键点,采取一系列改造措施,最终在低气量的情况下完成燃气压缩机调试和投用,成功实现了透平发电机天然气模式运转,为油田节省了大量费用。

Abstract: To address the problem of insufficient associated gas and insufficient flow rate to meet the requirements of compressor commissioning and start-up in a certain oil field in the South China Sea,by studying the structure and principle of the compressor,the key points for low gas flow commissioning were identified,and a series of transformation measures were taken. The commissioning and operation of the gas compressor was completed under the condition of low gas flow,and the operation of the turbine generator in natural gas mode was successfully achieved,saving a lot of costs for the oilfield.
