摘要: 海洋平台均布置大量的生产设备及工艺管道,压缩机、泵、换热器、采油树等设备管口受力要求比较苛刻。结合南海西部某平台天然气压缩系统设备及工艺管线安装项目实例,通过对设备管口及管线受力状态的分析校核,总结出一套精准、便捷的敏感设备管口及附属管线静力分析校核方法。

Abstract: Offshore platforms are equipped with a large number of production equipment and process pipelines. The stress requirements for nozzles of equipment such as compressors,pumps,heat exchangers,and Christmas trees are relatively strict. Combined with the installation project of natural gas compression system equipment and process pipelines on a platform in the western South China Sea,a precise and convenient static analysis and verification method for sensitive equipment nozzles and ancillary pipelines is summarized through the analysis and verification of the stress state of the equipment nozzles and pipelines.
