点火油压对惰气发生器点火启动的影响及处理

摘要: 对南海某油田浮式生产储油卸油装置(FPSO)惰气发生器在使用过程中因油压过高而频繁出现的点火故障进行系统性分析,并对惰气发生器燃油油路系统进行改造,实现了点火油压的可调节。改造后,有效降低了惰气点火启动故障率,保证了惰气发生器的安全平稳运行。

Abstract: In view of the frequent ignition failure of the inert gas generator caused by high ignition oil pressure during the operation of the FPSO in the South China Sea oilfield,the systematic cause analysis was carried out. The fuel oil circuit system of the inert gas generator was reconstructed to realize the adjustable ignition oil pressure. After the reconstruction,the failure rate of inert gas ignition is reduced effectively,which ensures the safe and stable operation of the inert gas generator.
