海上某移动式采油平台扩容改造方案优选研究

Research on optimal selection of expansion and renovation scheme for a mobile offshore oil production platform

摘要: 随着油田的深入开发,海上某移动式采油平台原始设计已无法满足油气水处理的需要,为了油田的稳产增产,亟须对平台进行扩容改造。通过对平台现有流程进行分析,提出了多套方案并实地测试,最终选择了实施后可达到预期生产效果的AMFD(Adaptive Mini-swirl Flotation Deoil)三相分离器+CFC(Combined Fiber Coalescence)聚结除油器+EMF(Efficent Media Filtration)高效微滤过滤系统的改造方案,同时可为其他平台的扩容改造提供借鉴。

Abstract: With the deepening development of oil fields,the original design of a mobile offshore oil production platform can no longer meet the needs of oil,gas and water treatment. In order to achieve stable and increased production in the oil field,it is urgent to expand and renovate the platform. By analyzing the existing processes of the platform,multiple schemes are proposed and tested on site. The renovation scheme of Adaptive Mini-swirl Flotation Deoil (AMFD) + Combined Fiber Coalescence (CFC) + Efficient Media Filtration (EMF) was selected. After implementation,the expected production effect was achieved,providing reference for the expansion and renovation of other platforms.
