摘要： 通过对石油企业员工的健康现状进行分析,提出建立员工健康管理系统的设想及可行措施,制定员工健康管理工作计划,以利于员工应对日常的健康威胁,体现对员工身心健康的关爱,提升公司的总体效益。

Abstract: Through analyzing the current health status of employees in petroleum enterprises,the idea and feasible measures of establishing an employee health management system are proposed. A health management work plan is developed to address daily health threats,demonstrate care for employees’ physical and mental health,and enhance the overall efficiency of the company.
