FPSO国际项目管理中前期合作模式和组织框架研究

摘要: 海上浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)是海上油气田开发的重要且通用的海洋工程大型设施,在国内外海上油气田开发过程中占据重要地位。随着我国海洋石油国际化发展步伐的加快,FPSO国际项目合作模式和组织框架的搭建成为FPSO产业迈向国际市场、实现海外项目突破的关键。提出FPSO国际项目管理的5种合作模式和组织框架,以供海外项目管理参考。

Abstract: Offshore Floating Production Storage and Offloading Unit (FPSO) is an important and universal large-scale offshore engineering facility for the development of offshore oil and gas fields,occupying an important position in the development process of offshore oil and gas fields at home and abroad. With the acceleration of the internationalization of China’s offshore oil industry,the establishment of FPSO international project cooperation models and organizational frameworks has become a key factor for China’s FPSO industry to enter the international market and achieve breakthroughs in overseas projects. Five cooperation models and organizational frameworks for FPSO international project management are proposed for reference in overseas project management.
