摘要： 学术期刊在科研诚信建设中具有重要作用,只有从业人员增强防范科研不端的意识,才能维护科研公平公正,把好科研诚信关口。为此归纳学术期刊在学术不端防范上责任意识缺失的表现并剖析其原因,提出强化学术期刊科研诚信责任意识的举措,以期通过一系列制度约束,净化学术风气,还学术界清朗环境。

Abstract: Academic journals play an important role in construction of scientific research integrity. Only by strengthening the awareness of preventing scientific research misconduct among practitioners,the academic misconduct can be effectively prevented,and the integrity of scientific research can be maintained. The manifestations of lack of responsibility awareness in academic journals are summarized and the reasons are analyzed. Measures to strengthen the awareness of scientific integrity and responsibility in academic journals are put forward in order to purify the academic atmosphere and restore a clear environment for the academic community through a series of institutional constraints.
