海管更换期间海上平台临时生产方案优选与实施

摘要: 混输海底管道作为海上平台原油输送通道,在生产过程中由于腐蚀、外界损伤等原因可能导致管线无法在安全的工况下运行,当其腐蚀程度达到一定限值后需要更换新的海管。某海上平台两条混输海管因腐蚀缺陷需要更换,为解决停产时间长、影响产量等问题,采用注水海管临时生产方案。通过对注水海管临时混输能力评估、临时复产风险分析、仪控方案设计,完成现场流程改造,实现WHPX和WHPY平台的临时生产运行。

Abstract: As the crude oil transportation channel of offshore platform,the mixed transportation submarine pipeline may not be able to operate under safe working conditions due to corrosion and external damage during production. When the degree of corrosion reaches a certain limit,a new submarine pipeline needs to be replaced. In the process of replacing two mixed transportation submarine pipelines on an offshore platform due to corrosion defects,in order to solve the problems of long shutdown time and impact on output,the temporary production scheme of water injection submarine pipeline was adopted. The temporary production of WHPX and WHPY platforms was realized through on-site process transformation after assessing the temporary mixed transportation capacity of water injection submarine pipeline,analyzing the risk of temporary production resumption and designing the instrument control scheme.
