摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在分析江苏省技术输出与技术吸纳现状的基础上,归纳得出江苏省技术要素流动属于技术引进吸纳型的结论。据此利用2013—2022年江苏省技术要素的相关数据,就技术吸纳对江苏科技创新效率的影响进行实证分析,表明技术吸纳对江苏科技创新效率存在正向促进作用,并基于实证分析结果提出对策建议。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the current situation of technology output and technology absorption in Jiangsu Province,it is concluded that the flow of technological elements in Jiangsu Province belongs to the type of technology introduction and absorption. The relevant data of technological elements in Jiangsu Province from 2013 to 2022 are used to empirically analyze the impact of technology absorption on the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation in Jiangsu Province. The results show that the technology absorption has a positive promoting effect on the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation in Jiangsu. Based on the empirical analysis results,suggestions are proposed.
