摘要/Abstract

摘要： 泰地罗新属于十六元环大环内酯类药物,是动物专用新型抗生素,具有快速吸收、广泛分布、缓慢排泄和高生物利用度的特点,对于多种与动物呼吸道疾病密切相关的病原菌有良好的抑菌作用。对泰地罗新的理化性质、药效学和药代动力学特征等研究进展进行综述,旨在为其在兽医临床中的应用提供参考。

Abstract: Tildipirosin is a 16-membered macrocyclic ester drug,which is a new type of antibiotic for animals. It has the characteristics of rapid absorption,wide distribution,slow elimination and high bioavailability. The antibiotic has good bacteriostatic action to many kinds of pathogenic bacteria closely related to animal respiratory diseases. The physicochemical properties,pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of tildipirosin are reviewed to provide reference for its application in veterinary clinic.
