摘要: 海洋油气开发平台工程结构设计需要以平台上部设施重控为基础,重控直接影响海上平台的结构设计和工程施工资源,在设计过程中,重控是估算值,但需要尽量准确,以便得到可靠的设计成果,优化结构及工程施工资源。结合项目实践,阐述了海洋平台上部设施重控涉及的主要专业的评估方法,为海洋平台提交准确重控数据提供了借鉴。

Abstract: The structural design of the offshore oil and gas platform development project requires the weight control of the topside facilities,which directly affects the structural design and engineering construction resources of the offshore platform. In the design process,the weight control is the estimated value,but it needs to be as accurate as possible to obtain reliable design results and optimize the structure and construction resources. Combined with the project practice,this paper elaborates the evaluation method of the main specialties involved in the weight control of topside facilities on offshore platform,which provides a reference for submitting the accurate weight control of the offshore platform.
