电潜泵采油系统电气故障发生原因及改进措施

摘要: 利用电潜泵进行采油作业具有功率大、适应性强、机组使用寿命长、经济效益高等优点,但不可否认的是其受电网影响大,电气故障难处理、工作效率不高,因此,如何提高其工作效率和降低电气故障发生率是一个非常关键的问题。结合经验,对电潜泵采油系统的电气故障问题进行了系统分析,并给出了优化方案。

关键词: 电潜泵, 绝缘, 电气故障, 优化设计

Abstract: The electric submersible pump for oil production has obvious advantages such as high power,strong adaptability,long unit service life and high economic benefits,but it is undeniable that it is greatly affected by the power grid,electrical failure is difficult to deal with,and work efficiency is not high. Therefore,how to improve its work efficiency and reduce the occurrence rate of electrical failure is a very critical issue. Based on experience,the electrical failure of electric submersible pump oil production system is systematically analyzed,and the optimization scheme is given.
