摘要: 海上采油平台在生产过程中始终会有伴生气产生,为了保证放空系统的安全,火炬系统是采油平台不可缺少的安全设施。伴随国家对清洁能源和油田产量规划的需求,以及国家“绿色低碳”发展的要求,渤海某油田针对采油平台天然气放空量较大的问题,通过对火炬气系统进行诊断分析并实施工艺流程优化改造,切实削减了火炬气量,控制了甲烷外排。

Abstract: Associated gas is produced in the production of offshore oil platforms. In order to ensure the safety of vent system,flare system is an indispensable safety facility for oil production platform. With the national demand for clean energy,the demand for oil field production planning and the national requirement for “green and low-carbon” development,aiming at the problem of large amount of natural gas venting on the oil production platform in an oil field in Bohai Sea,the amount of flare gas was effectively reduced,and the methane emission was controlled through the diagnosis and analysis of the flare gas system and the implementation of process optimization and transformation.
