摘要: 船用再液化系统就是利用不同制冷方式产生冷能,将BOG再度液化以维持正常舱压。相较于陆用BOG再液化设备,船用BOG再液化装置在设备紧凑性、安全性及易维护保养性方面有着更高的要求,目前其核心技术主要掌握在国外设备厂商中。对船用BOG再液化流程选择和主流装置技术特点、发展历程、部件技术、相关专利进行了梳理与总结,并提出了国产化的必要性。

Abstract: The marine re-liquefaction system is to use different refrigeration methods to generate cold energy and re-liquefy BOG to maintain normal cabin pressure. Compared with onshore BOG re-liquefaction equipment,marine BOG re-liquefaction equipment has higher requirements for equipment compactness,safety and maintainability. At present,its core technology is mainly mastered by foreign equipment manufacturers. The selection of marine BOG re-liquefaction process,the technical characteristics,development history,component technology and relevant patents of the mainstream devices are reviewed and summarized,and the necessity of localization is proposed.
