Abstract: Under the background of high quality development,it is of certain theoretical and practical significance to explore the relationship between new R&D institutions and regional development. Based on the fact that new R&D institutions mainly promote regional development through promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,and promoting talent aggregation,high-quality development strategies are proposed for the challenges currently faced by new R&D institutions,which mainly include increasing government policy support and publicity,deepening the integration of government,industry,academia,and research,focusing on the needs of industrialization and market development,and strengthening the cultivation of high-level talents.
