摘要： 实习是医学院学生将书本知识与未来职业相连接的重要渠道。为优化实习模式、全方位提升医学生素养,提出在实习的过程中,通过融入思想道德教育、文化知识教育、社会实践教育等内容,引导学生形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观;通过学风建设和诚信教育活动,学校和实习医院营造积极向上的学习氛围和诚信做人、诚信考试的良好风气,从而使学生不仅在专业知识方面,且在政治素质、道德素养、压力承受力方面均得到进一步的提升。关键词： 临床实习 优化模式 提升能力 实践探讨

Abstract: Internship is an important bridge between medical students' textbook knowledge and their future careers. In order to optimize the internship mode and comprehensively enhance the literacy of medical students,it is proposed to integrate ideological and moral education,cultural knowledge education,social practice education,and other content during the internship process,guiding students to form a correct worldview,outlook on life,and values. Through the construction of academic atmosphere and integrity education activities,schools and internship institutions create a positive and upward learning atmosphere,as well as a good atmosphere for honest behavior and exams,so that students can not only improve their professional knowledge,but also their political quality,moral literacy,and stress tolerance.
