Abstract: Smart city comes from the internal demand of sustainable urban development. Based on the concept of urban organism and starting from the evaluation index,this paper puts forward the new concept,new model,new system,new structure and new method for construction of smart cities. By integrating top-level thinking,the top-level design system architecture of smart cities,including business architecture,application architecture,data architecture,infrastructure architecture,evaluation system,standard system is built to lead and drive the innovation and development of smart cities.
