超支化阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂的研制及应用

Development and Application of Hyperbranched Cationic Polyacrylamide Flocculants

摘要: 以 N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(BisAM)为交联剂,以丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)为主要原料,采用溶液聚合法合成具有超支化结构的阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂。通过优化实验条件,确定了反应温度(55 ℃)、交联剂 BisAM、链转移剂 BCPA 的最佳用量以及 AM 与 DAC 的最佳摩尔比(17∶3),获得了阳离子度为24.8%的超支化结构的絮凝剂JR-211。用JR-211处理埕海3-2-8井的废弃钻井液,其加量为250 mg/L时,钻井液脱水率达到61.6%,污泥沉淀含水率低至35.5%,干基回收率高达98.7%。

Abstract: The cationic polyacrylamide flocculant with hyperbranched structure was synthesized by solution polymerization using N,N-methylene bisacrylamide (BisAM) as crosslinking agent,acrylamide (AM) and acryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride (DAC) as main raw materials. By optimizing the experimental conditions,the reaction temperature (55 ℃),the optimal dosages of crosslinking agent BisAM and chain transfer agent BCPA and the optimal molar ratio of AM-to-DAC (17 : 3) were determined. The hyperbranched flocculant JR-211 with cationic degree of 24.8% was obtained. The waste drilling fluid from well Chenghai 3-2-8 is treated with JR-211. When the dosage is 250 mg/L,the dehydration rate of drilling fluid reaches 61.6%,the water content of sludge sedimentation is as low as 35.5%,and the dry basis recovery rate is as high as 98.7%.
