渤海油田伴生天然气回收利用技术开发与创新实践

摘要: 介绍渤海油田某作业公司针对海上油田伴生天然气回收所采取的技术研发与实施效果,包括应用伴生气压缩机处理流程工艺技术、燃气调储回收伴生天然气发电技术,创新实施天然气处理流程“大回流”“小回流”技术回收放空气,采取外输气海管反输气技术、原油海管掺气外输技术回收放空气,应用射流器技术、变频湿式低压螺杆压缩机技术回收二级生产分离器低压放空气,创新采用低压压缩机回收水源井、斜板除油器放空低压气。利用渤西南联合供气管网、油田群电力组网构建的新发展格局优势,某作业公司多项举措齐抓并用,为天津分公司完成碳达峰、碳中和目标奠定了坚实基础。

Abstract: This paper introduces the feasibility study and implementation results of technologies adopted by an operating company in Bohai Oilfield for the recovery of associated natural gas in offshore oilfields,including the application of associated gas compressor treatment process technology,gas regulation,storage and recovery of associated natural gas for power generation,innovation and implementation of large reflux and small reflux technologies in natural gas treatment process to recover the vented gas,adoption of reverse transmission technology for offshore gas pipeline and crude oil pipeline to recover the vented gas, application of the jet technology and the frequency conversion wet low-pressure screw compressor technology to recover the low-pressure vented gas of the secondary production separator,and innovative use of low-pressure compressors to recover the vented gas of water source wells and inclined plate oil remover. Taking advantage of the new development pattern of the combined gas supply network in the southwest of Bohai Sea and the electric power network of oil field group,an operating company has taken multiple measures in a coordinated manner,laying a solid foundation for Tianjin Branch to achieve the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.
