摘要: 在油气田企业推行内部模拟市场化体系建设是解决企业员工自主经营意识弱、管理效率不高、经营效果不理想的一种有效方法。以油气田企业中工程设计环节为例,从模拟市场、价格体系、结算体系、考核体系等关键要素出发,详细阐述了构建内部模拟市场的方法和路径,对相关企业改善管理效率、提高经营效益具有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract: To carry out the construction of internal simulation market system in oil and gas field enterprises is an effective way to address the weak sense of independent operation among employees,low management efficiency,and unsatisfactory operational results. Taking engineering design in oil and gas field enterprises as an example,starting from the simulation market,price system,settlement system,assessment system and other key elements,this paper elaborates the method and path of building the internal simulation market,which has a certain reference role for related enterprises to improve management efficiency and improve the operating efficiency.
