海上采油平台应急置换泵轴承室优化改造探索

摘要: 以某海上采油平台原油装置中应急置换泵在运行过程中出现的轴承高温故障为例,阐述了应急置换泵的工作原理、日常操作和投入运转以来容易出现轴承高温的故障特点,通过实施临时解决措施、现场故障分析、轴承室扩容、加装冷却水系统等优化改造措施,泵组整体运行润滑冷却环境得到了改善。对比优化前后运行差异和泵体两端轴承温度,改造后的应急置换泵轴承温度明显降低,能够满足长时间运转要求。实际案例验证了轴承室优化改造后应用效果,为今后此类应急置换泵泵工况优化和故障检修提供了参考借鉴。

Abstract: In view of the working principle and daily operation of the emergency displacement pump and the fault characteristics that bearings are prone to high temperature failure since it was put into operation,the lubrication and cooling environment of the whole operation of the pump set was optimized and improved after the implementation of temporary solution measures,on-site fault analysis,bearing housing expansion,installation of cooling water system and other optimization and modification work. By comparing the operating effect difference before and after optimization and the temperature of the bearings at both ends of the pump body,the bearing temperature of the emergency displacement pump after optimization and modification is significantly reduced,which can meet the requirements of long-term operation. The application effect of the bearing housing after optimization and modification is verified through the actual case,which provides a theoretical reference for the pump working condition optimization and fault maintenance of such emergency displacement pump in the future.
