海上采油平台电潜泵频繁停泵故障的排除

摘要: 海上油气开发生产中后期需进行人工举升采油,其中多以电潜泵采油作为主要实施方案,但在日常维护中发现部分电潜泵频繁出现电流欠载问题,并伴有井底流压规律性变化的状况,严重损害电潜泵使用寿命,同时威胁采油平台稳定生产。在分析井底流压、动液面、井史和电潜泵各项参数动态后,最终确定电潜泵现功率下实际扬程不能满足举升要求,通过提高电潜泵频率,解决了电流波动过大导致频发停泵的难题。

Abstract: Artificial lift oil production is required in the middle and late development of offshore oil and gas production platforms,most of which take electric submersible pump for oil production as the main implementation scheme. However,in daily maintenance,it is found that some electric submersible pumps frequently have huge current fluctuations,resulting in high-frequency pump shutdown,accompanied by the regular change of bottomhole flowing pressure,which seriously damages the service life of electric submersible pumps and threatens the stable production of the platform. By analyzing the bottomhole flowing pressure,dynamic liquid level,well history and various parameters of the electric submersible pump,it is finally determined that the actual lift under the current power of the electric submersible pump can not meet the lifting requirements. By increasing the frequency of the electric submersible pump,the problem of excessive current fluctuation and frequent pump shutdown is solved.
