降凝剂在渤海某油田群原油海管输送中的应用效果评价

摘要: 渤海南部某油田群通过A油田将原油输送至陆地终端。A油田外输海管所输送的是多井混合油品,由于油品的性质极其复杂,原油胶质、沥青质、蜡含量较高,凝点较高,且输送距离较远,致使管道在投产及运行中存在一定困难。通过在A油田进行多次研究试验,调配出了合适的降凝剂,解决了海管运行中输送油品凝点高的问题,降低了海管最小输送量的限制,切实防止了凝管情况的发生。

Abstract: An oilfield group in the southern Bohai Sea transmits crude oil to the land terminal through oilfield A. The offshore pipeline of oilfield A transports multi well mixed oil products. The properties of the oil products are extremely complex. The content of crude oil colloid,asphaltene and wax is high,the freezing point is high,and the transmission distance is long,resulting in some difficulties in the production and operation of the pipeline. After many studies and tests,A oilfield has prepared appropriate pour point depressant,which solves the problem of high freezing point in the operation of subsea pipeline,greatly reduces the minimum transmission capacity of subsea pipeline,and effectively prevents the congelation.
