摘要: 紧急脱离装置是 LNG 软管输送系统的一个重要安全部件,紧急脱离装置在连接输送状态下承受了内部LNG 流体的压力、外部软管等部件的拉力和风载、冰载等多种自然载荷作用,是输送系统中承受载荷比较复杂的装置,而有必要对紧急脱离装置的力学工况进行详细分析,以保证 LNG 传输作业的安全。结合实际,在10种工况中分析确定了2种最危险工况,以期为后续有限元分析提供研究基础。

Abstract: The emergency release device is an important safety component of the LNG hose conveying system. The emergency release device bears the pressure of the internal LNG fluid,the tension of the external hose and other components,as well as the wind load,ice load and other natural loads under the connected conveying state. It is a relatively complicated device in the conveying system to bear the loads. Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the mechanical conditions of the emergency release device in detail to ensure the safety of the LNG transmission process. Combined with the actual working conditions,two of the most dangerous working conditions are analyzed and determined in the ten working conditions in order to provide the research basis for the subsequent finite element analysis.
