海上平台水源井伴生气的脱气工艺优选与实施

摘要: 海上某平台水源井在开采的过程中携带大量伴生气,平台水源井水处理系统未设置脱气装置,当水源井高负荷运行时,大量伴生气涌入下游生产设备。现场设置的斜板撇油器无法满足气体处理排放要求,造成现场部分地漏和开排呼吸口天然气外溢,给安全生产带来严重隐患,同时也制约了水源井的供水效率,因此,亟需对平台水源井水处理流程进行研究,以探索海上平台水源井高含气解决办法。通过分析该水源井脱气特点,结合平台现有条件,设计了一套高效、可靠的水源井水脱气装置,实现了水源井供水水源的净化和伴生天然气的回收,为海上平台安全稳定运行提供了技术支持,同时,对水源井伴生气的有效回收,也为平台创造了附加价值。

Abstract: The water source well of an offshore platform carries a large amount of associated gas during the production process. Since the water treatment system of the platform water source well is not equipped with a degassing device,when the water source well operates at a high frequency,a large amount of associated gas flows into the downstream production equipment. The on-site inclined plate oil skimmer cannot meet the gas treatment and discharge requirements,resulting in partial floor leakage and natural gas overflow from the open-drain breathing port,which brings serious hidden dangers to safety production and also restricts the water supply efficiency of the water source well. It is urgent to study the water treatment process to explore solutions to high gas content in water source wells on offshore platforms. By analyzing the degassing characteristics of the water source well,combined with the existing conditions of the platform,a set of efficient and reliable water source well water degassing device is designed,which realizes the purification of the water source and the recovery of associated natural gas,which provides technical support for the safe and stable operation of the offshore platform. At the same time,the associated gas from the water source well is effectively recovered, creating additional value for the platform.
