摘要： 大数据时代,信息量呈几何级数急剧增加,有效地筛选、评估和利用信息来解决临床问题是医护人员必须具备的能力。介绍了信息素养塑造的4个途径,即高校信息素养教育课程、信息素养专题培训、信息素养教育平台和信息素养教育新媒体;分析了大数据背景下医护人员信息素养教育存在的问题,包括信息素养教育滞后、缺乏持续教育和终身教育、教育途径与临床工作脱节。在此基础上提出了医学专业图书馆在创新信息素养教育方面的努力方向：一是积极引导,树立大数据意识;二是调整资源结构,构建智慧图书馆;三是借助大数据分析,开展个性化专题培训;四是深度融合,打造嵌入式信息素养教育服务。

Abstract: The era of big data has brought about a sharp increase in the amount of information in geometric multiples. How to effectively screen,evaluate,and utilize information to solve clinical problems has become necessary information literacy for medical staff. This paper introduces four ways to shape information literacy: information literacy education curriculum in colleges and universities,information literacy special training,information literacy education platform and information literacy education new media; and analyzes the problems of information literacy education for medical staff in the context of big data,including the lag of information literacy education,the lack of continuous education and lifelong education,and the disconnection between educational approaches and clinical work. On this basis,the efforts of medical professional libraries in innovative information literacy education are proposed. First,actively guide and establish big data awareness;Secondly,adjust the resource structure and build a smart library;Thirdly,utilizing big data analysis to carry out personalized specialized training;Fourth,deep integration to create embedded information literacy education services.
