Abstract: Due to insufficient dedicated personnel for meteorological warning issuance at the grassroots level in Wuqing District,and the inability of the warning issuance system to meet the real-time decision-making needs when severe weather events occur,the efficiency of manual intervention by on-duty personnel in the “call response” process is low,which affects the effectiveness of meteorological decision-making services. In order to solve the above problems and further improve the effectiveness of decision-making meteorological services,the paper analyzes the intelligent cloud call system in Wuqing District and explores the application progress of automated “call response” in Wuqing District. The current situation and problems of the early warning and emergency “call response” services in Wuqing District are summarized,and the design ideas for comprehensively improving the ability to issue early warnings are concluded in order to fully play the role of the first line of defense for meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation,which has important reference value for improving the “call response” service for major disaster weather emergencies.
