海上油田火炬“碳排放”综合治理实践及决策树模型分析

摘要: 在实际生产中,渤海A平台水源井及轻烃回收系统覆盖气直接进入火炬系统燃烧,导致放空量大、气体重质组分燃烧不完全、火炬黑度较高,存在资源浪费及空气污染问题。随着该油田后续项目的投产及后期开发井、调整井陆续投产,产气量、放空气量仍有上涨空间,在公司绿色低碳发展战略的大背景下,回收利用放空气具有较高的经济价值和环保意义。渤海A平台通过设计试验及现场流程改造,实现了放空天然气回收,为节能减排和为海上油田绿色发展提供了改造思路和经验。

Abstract: In actual production, the associated gas and cover gas of light hydrocarbon recovery system in water well of Bohai A platform directly enter the flare system to burn,resulting in large blowout,incomplete combustion of heavy components of gas,high blackness of flare,and resource waste and air pollution. In addition,with the commissioning of subsequent projects and the gradual production of development wells and adjustment wells in the later stages,there is still room for increase in gas production and venting volume. In the context of the company’s green and low-carbon development strategy,the recovery and utilization of vented gas has high economic value and environmental protection significance. Bohai A platform has achieved the recovery of vented natural gas through design experiments and on-site process transformation,providing transformation ideas and experience for energy conservation,emission reduction,and green development of offshore oilfields.
