Abstract: The number of approved national-level research projects is an important symbol to measure the research strength of research hospitals and a prerequisite basis to promote the output of high-quality research results. Optimizing the management system of hospital research projects is of strategic importance for building a high-level science and technology strong hospital. This paper focuses on research project management issues and uses a questionnaire survey to investigate the satisfaction of research project management of NSFC applicants in tertiary-level A specialty hospitals,to collect the actual needs of applicants and their opinions and suggestions on management,and to provide a policy basis for improving and enhancing the research project management of hospitals.
