海底管道反输流程的优化设计及内检测通球作业的实施

摘要: 因下游生产设施接收条件变化,海底输气管道需实现反向输送原油和水的工况,同时完成设施内所辖两条海底管道智能内检测工作。基于流程优化设计,创新选取不同的动力源和介质,成功消除卡球风险、电网透平供气冲击和缺少动力源等不利因素,最终在反向输送期间平稳有序地完成两条海底管道的智能内检测工作。

Abstract: Due to changes in the receiving conditions of downstream production facilities,the submarine gas pipeline needs to achieve reverse transportation of crude oil and water. Under this working condition,it is also necessary to complete the intelligent internal inspection work of the two submarine pipelines under the jurisdiction of the facilities. Through process optimization design,different power sources and media were innovatively selected to eliminate the risk of stuck balls,the impact of gas supply from the power grid turbine and the disadvantage of lacking power sources,and the intelligent internal inspection work of the two submarine pipelines was completed smoothly and orderly during reverse transportation.
