Abstract: With the rapid development of China economy,the process of urbanization is further accelerated,which brings a new challenge to the development of construction enterprises. The complexity,technicality and systematicity of construction itself,as well as the weather,equipment,environment and human factors can all affect the process and quality of construction. A series of measures are proposed to address the problems in construction,including improving the management system,implementing responsibility and reward and punishment systems,enhancing the professional skills and literacy of construction personnel,strengthening regular maintenance and upkeep of mechanical equipment,and implementing responsibilities by supervisory departments.
